Not giving up!!
It seems I am constantly gaining and losing.... mostly gaining. I have lupus and fibromyalgia..along with a number of other health problems and I NEED to get this weight off. I have done this before years ago losing 79 pounds but I put it all back on plus. I am currently at the heaviest I have ever been and that scares me! I am here to make this work! I am anxious to get these pounds off and give my knees a well deserved rest! (and possibly avoid knee surgery)

My Goals:
I just want to be healthy. I know losing weight will help out my joints tremendesly as I have lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud's Phenomenon, Sjogren's Syndrome and lots more health problems
My Program:
I have been on every diet I think. I KNOW what to do so I will use all my wisdom and FOLLOW it! My downfall is that I give up after cheating and overeating.....NO MORE!
Personal Information:
I am from Adrian, MI. I am 57 years old, single and live on my own in a beautiful apartment complex. (with my Shih-tzu "Gizzy" and new puppy "Wild Willy Wobble" My knees have gotten bad enough that I am going to a orthopedic surgeon and may be considering knee joint replacement. =0( .... I NEED to lose this weight and get relief from the terrible pain and also get myself healthy.
