Hi I am Cathy! I am currently in the process of reading The Spark and my goal is to become more healthy and fit. Previously I sat in a cubicle all day at work and sat on the couch all evening. I was tired all of the time and certainly out of shape. I signed up with a personal trainer last September and I have participated in two 5ks and one 8k. I have went to a couple yoga classes and I am trying to make this a permanent change for me.

My Goals:
I had knee surgery last March and I am still having problems with my knee. My goal is to get healthy and 30 lbs so that my knee does not hurt any more.
My Program:
I have been meeting with a personal trainer twice a week. I have participated in two 5ks and one 8k. Because of the knee problem, I plan to bikeride more and run less for now anyways.
