Making a firm committment!!
Hi. I am new to Sparkpeople but not new to losing (gaining) weight. I belong to TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) and have gone weekly for 18 years. I am currently the leader of my 8 member group. I walk 5 days a week or more, go to the gym twice a week and do floor exercises 4 days a week.
