My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight I've gained this past year while dealing with a lot of stress and the loss of my Dad. I want to make healthy eating and exercise a priority in my life.
My Program:
I follow my own low carb. high protein diet that I got from a friend. It seems to work when I put my mind to it!
Personal Information:
I am happily married and live/teach in central Florida. I love dogs and working in the yard.
