Hey there, Cathy!

I saw your post on the 28 Day Bootcamp Workout challenge and thought that it looked like you could use a motivational buddy!

I, too, have joined this website before in the past and have never had much success at sticking to my diet. I always put forth the effort for a couple of weeks but get discouraged easily when I don't see results. I don't want to do that anymore!

Don't give up, Cathy! You and I are going to reach our goals, one slimming day after another!
