Oh, hi there, I am so happy to be hearing from you. I too have de cluttered Spark. I needed all those teams at the beginning. Now I just post on my two favourite teams. Easy to manage and one keeps me on the straight and narrow - well with celebration days and the other is gratitude and mindfulness.
I have been cycling for about 3 or 4 years now. Alternating low cal days and low carb days (I had to let go of a lot of the fat in the low carb because of tummy not liking it now that I am 77 I guess. I still eat fried food which I love and cheese and all those goodies, but only on alternate days. I eat mainly fruit and veges on low cal days. This way of eating allows me celebration days as well. Very happy with this method and it is now a life time habit - well hopefully, one day at a time.
