I am trying to live each day "in the moment" and be mindful of how I am living my life. My goal is to become the most authentic, true version of myself that God created me to be.

This is my motivation text for September 2016:

My Goals:
Be faithful to log in everyday and complete my entries.
Work to meet my goals consistently.
Forgive myself when I make a mistake or an unwise choice.
Ask for help when I need it.

September 2016
1.Begin each day with TAG(Time Alone w/God)
2.Exercise 15 minutes
3.Track! Track! Track!... eat "clean", healthy!
4. Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day.
5. No eating after 8pm.

My Program:
I am continuing to go slowly so that I establish long lasting lifestyle changes.
I will be mindful of what I eat and how it will affect my health in the long run.
Movement is movement..try to do "just a little more" everyday.

Personal Information:
I'm 60 years old.
I'm a hairdresser.
I live in beautiful North Carolina.
I love going to dog shows and showing Welsh Corgis.
I've been married to a wonderful man for 38 years.
I am a Christian who is trying to become the best person God intended me to be.

Other Information:
I am a Sidetracked Home Executive..a SHE! I also subscribe to FlyLady. I was born organized, yet I haven't found a successful way to keep the "body clutter" under control! UNTIL I discovered SparkPeople!

    I am back on Sparkpeople after almost a year. I just retired and am hoping to slowly lose my extra pounds. Your page caught my eye as I love corgis. My family had a wonderful corgi for 13 years. We also have another connection, both of my sons have moved to North Carolina in the past few years, so I am spending more and more time in your state. I have added you as a friend!

    You are so sweet to be thinking of me. I am doing fine. Still no treatments but a lot of angst. We are moving into town to be closer to the medical facilities so there is a lot of anxiety with leaving our dream home that is not sold and moving into a new house that isn't our dream house that has to be paid for. But other than that all is well.
