Trying not to be a food addict. Working out consistently. Paying attention to what I put in my mouth.

Basically, eat less and work out more.

Walking, biking, Jillian Michael's DVDs, Just Dance 4 for Nintendo Wii.

I want to go shopping and get dressed to go out with less stress.

I want to feel like I'm in awesome shape.

Congratulations on your weight loss too. You are doing a good job even if itís slow, it doesnít matter you are still losing and thatís the main focus. You are doing GREAT!

You are right, I live in El Paso and one day I will visit Canada. Vermont is beautiful and thatís where the ice cream Ben & Jerry is originally located. Upstate New York is okay, but you should visit NYC if you really want to go shopping. You will find everything and anything. Disney is great too, itís a great family vacation. Iíve been there a few times.

Iím glad you had a great time on Canada Day with your family. Our 4th of July was quiet this year. We did see the fireworks in the evening but that was about it. Well take care and keep in touch, contact me anytime you like. Talk soon.

OMG, your Canadian, I love Canada. I have a friend, who traveled to Canada for vacation and told me it reminder her of Europe. I have never been to Canada, but I will one day. I'm so glad to meet you sp buddy. Happy Canadian Day even if I'm a day late. So what did you do on your holiday? Our Independence day is on July 4th, I'm American. We normally have bbqs, watch the fireworks and spend time with our families and friends.

I'm doing good on this weight loss journey. I have been losing weight, but I don't see it, everyone else does. Even my wedding rings are getting too big for my finger. They are starting to slide off. So I have to be careful not to lose them. It's been a big challenge for me, but I still have not given up. I'm still pushing and hopefully see what happens when March 3, 2015 arrives, that's when I see how much weight I have lose since it will be a year since I started the program with my friend. I'm still going to keep working out afterwards, I will not stop. This is my life now living healthy and eating right. Well keep in touch and let me know how's your weight loss journey is coming along.

Hi! Yay! we're buddies! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I've been all out of sorts. It's funny because I read your message about having an off week...right after having an off week!
It's a little overwhelming setting up everything in the beginning I think! There's so many options of what to do. I think I finally have a plan though. I'm actually going to a fitness camp thing in September, so I want to be 155 by then. Also, I want to wear a size 8 dress to my cousin's wedding in October. You know, size 8...the tall girl's size 4! hehe. I hope you are starting off the week with a bang!

Hi! I think we have a lot in common! I'm a tall girl...5'9" (I need to get some pictures on my Sparkpage).I'm at 179 and have a medium frame...and trying to get to 155 right now, with my final goal being 145. I am 28 and also single with no children. And I also have no problem with it, only everyone else does! Especially in the area I live in...everyone gets married and has kids early...I'm talking 18-21 early! Everyone "feels bad for me" and is convinced I'm "doomed" to a life of loneliness. I like being on my own though, and it's definitely not "too late" for me, should I meet someone I'm interested in. I'm just too busy working on my own fabulousness right now!
We should check-in with each other emoticon as we both work toward our tall girl awesome goals!
