After bailing out on everything except the gym, I've gained 15 pounds. Now I'm over 25 from where I think I should be.

Got a withings scale for Christmas. Still have and use the fitbit. Need to track what I eat.

I still think rewards are a good idea.

Feel free to copy ANYTHING!!! I'm really trying to keep track of everything I am doing! I start school next week so I am going to have to balance a full time schedule, spark, mommy and partner!!! If you want we can be buddies!! Good Luck with everything! PS...check out Dr. Oz and his 2 week diet challenge! Maybe one way to get over your plateau is to "start over"...Some of those tips might be just what you need! I will blog later and include the link so check it out!
