    For me it's the afternoon. I take the nipper swimming and whilst she's playing with other kids i do lengths or we go for a bike ride after school. I do strength training mid afternoon or early eve whilst everyone else is getting on with other stuff. It helps that my daughter is ten and is very independent as well. I'm deffo not a morning workout person!!! Hope that helps emoticon
