A Quest to Overcome Emotional Eating

18 months post-pardum and with all the hormones and changes happening within I still haven't managed to lose those last 25 lbs. I'm here to do it and really commit to doing it for myself....

Yeah that was my original introduction I placed here almost two years ago when I first signed up. I was pretty successful on my initial run I think I lost about 11 pounds and was down to about 136 lbs. Well I gained it all back and then some after a year of emotional roller coaster inspired eating. I became dpressed and reclusive and drowned my sorrows and stress in food.

As a result I think I really damaged my metabolism and packed on the pounds as well. I have neever been so heavy.

I dont want tooverwhelm myself with a goal to be 115 lbs like I was before or even 120, maybe not even 125. I'll start with reaching a goal of 10 lbs less which would bring me back down to 147. Then I'll go fro another ten to be 137. Ultimately if I can lose 3 inches from my waist, 2 inches from my arms, and 3-4 inches from my hips I will be happy.
