Well, here I am again, another year, weighing a little more than the when I first started. About a year ago, I stopped paying attention and started back making the same old choices, and like they say, I got the same results--gained my weight back plus a few more pounds. Okay! I am going to kick this overeating habit. 2013 and a little wiser about the discipline and hard work that I need to do.

And I know that I need support from others--can't do it by myself.

My Goals:

I love to garden, quilt, read . I used to love to hike , backpack & camp, particularly in the high Sierra. I also like to sew and just started quilting a few years ago--lots to learn.

I was traveling for much of the last challenge. But I had a great time with my daughter. We went to Mexico for some quality mommy/daughter time (she's 22). It was fun, but I'm ready to get back into the next challenge.

I've been trying to try different videos to check out what I might want to continue to do. Some I've liked and there was 1-2 I thought what the heck is this? I have to push myself still to do them.

Hip problems - sigh - I know about that. Right hip replaced 9/2011. Left hip to be replaced 5/2013. I usually have to modify some of them - but the goal is to reserve some time every day and MOVE.

I wish I had the hip replacement years ago. Just scheduled my 2nd hip to be done in May. I'll be 54 which is fairly young, but I've had bad hips all my life - I was just in denial as my husband reminds me
