I just stopped by to see how you were doing. I hope you are doing fine and that you are starting to see the scale move. Are you drinking your water? Drinking water always seems to help. Hope you are keeping a positive attitude. It is good to have a positive outlook even when you may mess up on a day just know that you will try again the next day. Keep your outlook positive. I'm sorry to hear about your day Monday and I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you about it. I normally respond quicker than this, but I have been working long hours this week at work. However, that's no excuse when my Spark Friends need me. I feel so bad that I wasn't there for you. I will work on being there for you. I know what it is like when you need support.
