Hi my name is Brian i like to fish. I am married to sherry Wilson we have 2 sons and a step daughter and a grandson we been married for 17 years I have an ASD heart defect so I want to make my heart work easier by losing this extra weight that I put on with a little help from medication. My goals are for long term is to lose to 190 pounds for now I be satisfied with that weight I think see when I get there.

Love you and you can get there wanna beat me it's a challenge and I know I will lose but depends on how you eat when out at work to so the days i don't send lunch think about walking more if on location somewhere while you are waiting on the other people just walk around the truck like check your tires then kind of kick at them like checking them to stretch your legs and bend down and just hang to stretch your back for a minute to keep it from hurting but hey this is a start for you love keep it up oh yeah watch your sodium remember it makes you retain water those sunflower seeds are bad sorry I know you love them emoticon emoticon emoticon

Well Hello! I am glad the challenge is going well for you! The BW are doing great! I have lost over 4 lbs. already & looking to lose more. I hurt my back though and I have to take it slow, but slow is better than not at all! Take care & I wish you the best!
