Sunday was picture day at Roller Derby. I borrowed someones Jersey since I'm still in Training. But dang, that Jersey Looks GOOD on me!

In College, 2008, I started Spark People. I was 230, living with "health minded" people we all did it together. I got discouraged when they're health mindedness included a pack of cigs a day and more booze then I can stomach. So I stopped.

In 2010 I came back with a vengeance. I was ready to lose weight. I was ready to make a difference. I went from 250 (first weigh in 2 weeks after cutting out soda) to 210. And I plateaued. I was still working out, eating right, and trying to move forward and the scale stopped moving. I went from a size 18 (pushing 20) to currently a size 10/12. From Jan 2012-Dec 2012 I stayed in the range of 210-219 starting the year as a 14, ending it wearing Old Navy 10s and New York and Company 12s.

December 2012, I hit the hard wall hard. I gave up on Spark People. I gave up on me. I had just been laid off from a Job I really enjoyed and depression hit me really really hard.

I'm starting again, 2013, my best friend is giving Spark People a shot. I'm going to give it another shot. Because I know she can do it. And I know I can do it. We just have to do it.

December 2016- Here we go again. I've been on MyFitnessPal but There was something about this place that seemed to work better.

    Hi you! Thanks for commenting on my blog today! I have seen an allergist, a dermatologist and a gastroenterologist and I have nothing wrong with me. As far as my dizziness, my calories have been over 1200, sometimes close to 1800 and I'm not exercising, so I don't need that many. I'm not straving myself. In the past I've controlled my BPPV, with candy bars and pop tarts. White flour and sugar. And gained weight from it. I'll just have to play with food till I find something that works.
