I have to believe its still possible

My son got married last year. I was as heavy as I ever was. I just didn't seem to get on the band wagon and it got within 4 months, 3, then 2 and there you are. I chose not to be embarrassed by my appearance. Where does one start? My hair had been toasted with a bad perm, I didn't pick the most flattering thing to wear...but I did enjoy myself. If I fell (did 2x this winter) its near impossible for me to get up. Cant always make functions because of feet or knees hurting. Self inflicted but STILL not self defeated.

My Goals:
I would like to lose weight not just to look better but to feel physically better.

My Program:
April 21 I am restarting my diet tracking. Would like to do something towards exercise. I know ultimately I have to get moving.

Other Information:
I am very active in church. I like reading watching and learning about history specifically Revolutionary War - (enjoying AMC's Turn so far.) Animal freak. Photography, poetry, writing short stories.

Last fall I started walking and could only walk 5 minutes at a time. Now I walk 5 - 7 miles a day! Just take one step at a time, and soon you will be on your journey to health!

close to a full week already - only went over cal count one day - a bout with too much of a diet change I think left me short and shall I say a bit dehydrated.... getting a better feel for choices which feels good. I didnt get a full 8 last night - but pretty regular on that too so if anything - I am well rested.

Day one tracking. came in under calorie count. A little high in carbs. Not fun. Am hoping for progress so in about 2- 3 months I can feel like I am making a difference. One day at a time. Going to bed for a full 8 should help as I am a night time feeder.
