It's never too late.....

I've done it! I'm off to a great start in this weight loss journey. Down 56 lbs since the birth of my 2nd child on July 6th 2011. WW online and Zumba were my dear friends for 5 months, teaching me discipline and portion control. But I got bored with the WW program and started using the myfitnesspal app. I love the app but I've been in a big rut for the last 6 months, losing and gaining the same 5 lbs. So here I am trying something new to help get me motivated! 52lbs to go!

Update: 1/9/13 So I've been very bad! I've gained about 20 lbs from my "new low". Not proud of that. But I'm getting back on track and have that excited feeling again that I had when I first started working out and getting healthy back in July of 2011. So here's to round 2...it's going to be a good one!

My Program:
Treadmill 2-3xs a week. Zumba 1-2xs a week. Starting a 10 week bootcamp style program 4/13! Eat better- about 1400 calories.

Personal Information:
I'm a mother of 2 beautiful girls- a 6 yr old and a 1.5 yr old. Married to a wonderful husband, Adam. I work 2 12 hour midnight shifts each week as a nurse on a telemetry floor.
