My Goals:
To walk without pain in my knees, to be able to stop having to take blood pressure meds, to lower my chances at heart disease and heart attack, to reduce my chance at having diabetes develop, just to be able to enjoy shopping for normal clothing sizes
My Program:
Many small changes in the last year, limit sodas, 1 or 2 glasses each month, coffee with cream and splenda to two today, eat fresher foods, natural foods, healthier cooking methods.
