The choice is made, it's not an option.

I lost all of my pregnancy weight after having Kaeden plus some. I gained 18 pounds back after moving states and starting work again. I have major emotional eating issues that Iíve been trying to resolve. Itís rare that I binge anymore, so thatís definitely a big issue that I feel like Iíve dealt with. I know itís something Iíll always fight.

My Goals:
I want to be balanced and healthy. I want to learn how to live my life in accordance with my goals.

My Program:
I'm doing four hours of cardio a week: varies between speed walking/running and interval incline walking. I'm also doing Jackie Warner's One on One Training - two hours a week

My calorie range is 1280-1630. I try to eat mostly real foods and have been trying to limit my sugar intake. I have a small dessert (less than 200 cals) every day. All things in moderation.

Personal Information:
I'm 28. I've been married for 6.5 years. I have two boys: a 5 year old and a 2 year old. They're such sweet boys!

Other Information:
I gained 67 pounds during my first pregnancy, reaching a high of 205 pounds. :( I lost 33 pounds by six weeks postpartum, putting me at 172. I had already gained 13 pounds after getting married and wasn't happy weighing 138 at 5'5" when I found out I was pregnant.

I got up to 185 (started at 145) with my second pregnancy and was down to 158 at 6 weeks PP. My goal is to get down to around 130.

I switched over my closet from winter to summer clothes this weekend and so I tried on all the clothes that didn't fit me last summer but that I kept in hopes that I would lose the weight and be able to fit into them again. And I did! Some things were even too big so I gave them away!

I have tried the lemon water thing, but it's too lemony for me! I have trouble drinking it, so I don't end up keeping it up. This cleanse has natural supplements to stimulate the kidneys and liver, probiotics to replenish the flora of the intestines and fiber to clean things out. I will let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! The dress is actually one of those wrap dresses that you can tie a number of different ways. I got it last year at the One of a Kind show in Toronto.

In case you're interested: You can use a different oil (like canola) for the coconut oil in the date square recipe if you're out of or don't have coconut oil. At least that's what I did! I just used canola oil since I didn't have enough coconut oil, and they turned out great. :) But coconut oil is definitely a healthy option as far as oils are concerned. :)

Oooo great suggestion! I have made a few tasty treats with dates lately that Love too!! I added a recipe I found on a blog for "almond joy bars" that are made with dates, and I've also added OhSheGlow's 5-ingredient date bars that are amazing, and I don't think they use any added sugar either. I have a tub of Medjool dates at home too. :)

I have some of the date bars in my freezer and have been avoiding them simply out of personal challenge... I know how deliciously sweet they are, and they can be a bit addictive to me when I'm on a "roll" (LOL), even though they are clean and natural! I might have one today though, since I"m getting all watered up for them! Ha! Thanks for the ideas! How is your week going?
