It's time to practice what I've learned.

I've learned so many great tools here on SparkPeople, and now is the time to do the work that it requires. Yes, it does take a commitment and not just the knowledge. If I keep putting if off until tomorrow, I can't expect results until tomorrow. So here's to having a positive day today.

My Goals:
My first goal is to get below 174, so that I can get out of the obese category on my BMI.

My second goal is to get below 145, so that I can be in the 'normal' range on my BMI.

My Program:

I started to track all my food and my exercise on the trackers. This is really helping me.

Personal Information:
I live near Antigo, WI, in a beautiful rural setting. I love being outside in the summer, but not so fond of the cold weather.

If you go to Account Preferences from your Start page and go to the bottom of the Account tab, you can turn off the syncing between your nutrition and fitness page. I may have to try that too though I have adjusted to never reaching the calories I'm allotted. Good mluck!

I enjoy All White egg whites and I eat fish usually in the broiler or on the grill and top it with mango salsa or lemon garlic - I have also switched to Coconut oil to reduce cholesterol so I do enjoy a pepper and egg sandwich with real egg the only thing is that coconut oil burn at high heat - taste good - I also have increased nuts - toasted pumpkin seeds covered in herbs or garlic to a salad - Kale - I love it sautéed with almonds - I read a real good book by Marecell Pick - Total Core Weight - honestly she really has helped me lose my core along with rowing but I also learned a great deal from her - Enjoy that soup .
