    Hey girl! Thanks for stopping by my page! I have TONS of tips and suggestions for what's worked for me! Check out a few of the blogs I've written to answer those questions-- particularly my "How I Did It" blog from November that I mention in my about-me section on my page. I hope you find some things helpful for your journey! You can TOTALLY tackle 15 pounds. Trust me-- It's definitely doable! My first goal was 25 pounds and I thought, "No WAY will I be able to do that..." but with small changes, persistence, and a positive attitude, you can do just about anything you set your mind to! Now I'm 40+ pounds down, and happier than ever.
