One Step at a Time...

I've always been overweight my entire life and I'm just tired and tired of doing nothing about it! I'm determined to get myself healthy and fit before I turn 30. My Goals:
Short Term:
-Get a routine established and be consistent!
-Cut back on alcohol (bloat city!)
-Try a group fitness class

Long Term:
-Reach my healthy weight, around 150 or so.
-Become a runner
-Wear a bikini (And for the first time!)

My Program:
Cardio 3-5 days a week (Treadmill/Elliptical Intervals at the moment)

Strength Training 3 days a week (Machines, Bosu, Free Weights)

30-day Shred if the gym starts to bore me.
