I have been on spark people about a year. I find it very helpful but haven't always used it when
I need to. I am a teacher. I don't have my own kids at home yet but hopufully someday. I have a very sweet and skinny husband at home. He is supportive but many times doesn't know what I am going through.

I recently announce to my huband I am cleaning out the pantry and just buying healthy stuff. I can't stand temptation. I can't weight to get back into the gym to. My husband is my support well see how long he'll be my weight loss buddy.

My Goals:
I want to be at 160 by my birthday may 14th.

I want to start eating healthy and stop the heart burn.

For march I would like to start going to the gym twice a week.


My Program:
I recently found out I basically have chronic heartburn so my primary has shifted to finding what I can and can't eat.

Secondly I am trying to eat food that I know are good for my body.

Third (even though it used to be number one) I am tracking calories. It has always worked for me.

Last but not least once those things are in line I will go back to a work out regiment out cardio and weight lifting.



Personal Information:
I am 26 and live in Oklahoma. I am a 2nd grade teacher and love my kiddos. I am involved in my community and love crafty things when I get the time. I like working out when I can find the time. I guess that's the story of my life. Finding time.


Other Information:
I recently found out I have hiatal hernie which translates for me as chronic heart burn. I have decided that eating healthly would not only stop the heart burn but also help me loose weight. So her we go for a life style change for the rest of my life,
