Cast Iron Lady in Deep East Texas
My husband and I moved to East Texas from Austin, Texas in Jan. 2010. He is a long distance bicycler and runner. In May 2010, he was hit by a car. In September 2010 my mother moved with us and in December 2010 my sister moved in with us. We've built a new house where we can all live happily and moved in December 2011.
Now is the time I get to focus on getting better. I thank God I found Spark people, an inexpensive, consistent way to track yourself.

My Program:
Praying without ceasing and worshiping in spirit and in truth is the first step in my program.
I excercise three or more times as week. I enter my foods and exercise I check my stats often. I also check in with other and offer encouragment.
Personal Information:
I am in Deep East Texas having recently moved from Austin, TTexas with my husband three years ago . My mom and sister moved in while our new house was being built and now we all live together in a yellow submarine. Naw, we all live together by the grace of God and His Provision of a new house.

Oh, by the way, I love garage sales and estate sales. And I am a bookseller of sorts.
