Hello all, I'm a happy mother of two and loyal wife. I am struggling w/ these last 20lbs to lose. I have never been able to eat right and exercise at the same time. If I become a gym rat, I dont watch what goes in my mouth. If I watch everything that i eat, i dont exercise. Does anyone have this prob??
