I'm setting goals in small steps. I'm less focused on what my scale tells me, and more focused on what my body tells me. My ultimate goal is a secret for now, I'd like to get there by the time I'm 21.
Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. You are so right, getting started is the most difficult thing. I find myself talking myself out of working out or telling myself it is ok for me to eat something completely horrible all the time. Thanks for the encouragement!
