Reeny's Getting Skinny
Last time I was here I lost 16 pounds before I started to lose motivation. I maintained for a few months, then ended up gaining half of my lost pounds back. I now know what I need to do to lose, but I'm not sure I know how to maintain. I know that this requires a lifestyle change, that is the only way to keep it off. So now I really just need to consider how much I want it. I am going to try to lose slowly from here on in. No more short term 20 pounds in 10 week ...

So now I really just need to consider how much I want it. I am going to try to lose slowly from here on in. No more short term 20 pounds in 10 week goals, because even though I know I can do it, I also know I won't be able to maintain it. I need to learn how to lose by making changes that I will be willing to sustain beyond reaching my goal weight, but I'm not quite sure what those changes are right now.
