Using spark to keep track and have some sense of portion control has helped me before. I also have been helped by Geneen Roth. Eat what you want, but stop when staisfied. When wanting to eat for emotional reasons you got to do the nitty gritty work of dealing with the feelings!

I think that the At Goal and Maintaining: Transition to Maintenance team has a whole lotta tips about how to stick with it, get to goal and maintain . . . they're a very friendly group and no, you don't have to be at goal weight to sign up!!

It's just -- eternal vigilance. The Diet Solution book by Dr. Judith S. Beck was a great resource too, for "learning to think like a thin person"!!
