Working on finding the new ME!

Since having my daughter 3 years ago I've tried and tried a few times to gain more energy, lose weight and feel better about myself. I've failed over and over again and I'm SICK of it!!

I have joined a gym that is very local and I have a lot of friends that workout there also that I also work with so its a great motivation for me.

I'm not jumping into a whole DIET kick, I'm going for a lifestyle change. I've started slowly and its working great. I started focusing on getting into a habit of working out, slowing adding drinking more water and currently I'm onto watching what I'm eating closer. In 1 month I've lost 12LBS and have lost a LOT of my stress and have already gained energy.

I'm confident and happy that I WILL succeed this time around!
