Hi, I'm Cassi. I'm 23 years old. And I am a stay at home mom to a very busy 3 year old son. And I need help. I really need to get my nutrition and my weight under control. I have tried using myfitnesspal, and I liked it, but I don't feel very motivated after seeing my previous progress and what lost control of. I am hoping trying out a new website will give me a fresh start. I have struggled with my weight and low self esteem as long as I can remember. I've tried dieting and exercise in the past and have lost 10 to 25 lbs at a time but then my life seems to get crazy and I loose track and gain it all back. I was 285 at my heaviest and having managed to get down to 272. I really need to take control of this and get in shape. So here it is, I'm going to do this and I'm not going to give up on myself anymore. I hope I can find support in this community to keep me motivated. Please, push me so I can see what I can do. I look forward to talking to you.

My goals are part health part vanity. I want to be healthier so I can be around for my son, and have more energy for my husband. But I also want to look damn good.

My Program:
Keeping my body moving. I love hula hooping and yoga. I've also been doing T25 and my elliptical. As far as my eating goes I'm trying to eat the least amount of processed food. Eat more veggies. No fast food blehch!
