Chris' Journey
I have struggled with my weight all of my life, but even more with keeping it off once I lose. This time has to be different for my quality of life. I have degenerative disc disease with at least 3 bulging discs. If I can't keep the weight off, my life will be affected.
Here are some positives that I like to keep in my mind:

-Carpe Diem (seize the day) - we only have the day we're in.
