Hey! I'm Cassie, an easygoing mom to a beautiful little girl. I was born and raised in southern California. I love the outdoors and can't get enough sunshine. I'm lucky enough to live just two block from the beach so I'm there whenever I get the chance...beach combing, walking, running, swimming and surfing. I'm a sparkpeople veteran, going on 5 years now. I am on a new journey, recently separated, and looking to get back to the things I love and the body I was comfortable in.

My Program:
I am sticking to a strict vegan diet. My meals for the most part are fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and a veggie, whole wheat packed dinner. I drink a ton of water. I swim twice a week for 90 mins. I walk a lot for now. I plan to get back into running by following the C25K program. I will be setting up future running goals soon.
