Cassi's New Beginning
My name is Cassi. I am married to a wonderful man, Justin. We have 2 beautiful boys, Aidan (3) and Keegan (1). We have just moved to the San Antonio Area. I run a semi-personal training program. Because I spend time instructing others to workout and eat right, I seem to slack in that area myself...that is why I am here at Spark...to learn how to become a more controlled me!

My Goals:
Of course I would like to see my goal weight again. I gained so much weight with my first pregnancy that I haven't seen my pre-pregnancy weight in about 4 years. I would also like to see a healthy change in my life. My eating habits affect my family and I want my family to grow up with healthy guidelines.
My Program:
I am doing the spark program. I have a problem thinking of new foods to eat. Also, I am trying a new recipe at least 2 times a week. My goal is to go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
Personal Information:
I am from Shertz, TX (outside of San Antonio). I just moved here from Deer Park, TX (outside Houston).
Other Information:
One thing about me is that I am totally addicted to TV drama series. Don't even get me started on one or I won't look up until I have watched all the episodes!
