2014 GOALS

When I first started Sparkpeople I also started running. That year I ran 493 miles in addition to other forms of exercise. The following I was down to 387 miles due to some IT band issues. This past year (2013) I only ran 262 miles and most of them were in the first half of the year. The last 6 months I have really been slacking. I have gained back 10 pounds of the 30 I had lost. In 2014 I vow to continue on my 80/20 (Eat clean/organic 80% of the time) and to amp up my running and ...

Thanks for the boost of confidence! I really have no idea what is good time for 5K all I know is it was better than I ever did before! I use to run only 20 seconds at a time with about 2 mins in between now I got 3 mins once and at a higher speed :) I can't stop the happiness tonight :)
