Good morning CassAnn.Just wanted to stop by and say Hi.It got really cold last night didnt it.I think we need to get some snow so it will warm up.It was 6 above zero when I got up at 5am this morning.At least the suns out now so I guess it will warm up a bit.Im beginning to work out with my dumbbells this morning and my thrabands.Hope you have a great day. You're doing things right! When I started my plan I didn't loose a pound for almost 2 months... I actually gained weight... I have to admit that I was strength training so I was replacing fat with muscle but it was slow... and very often frustrating... but no matter what... JUST STICK WITH IT... It's take me a full year... You CAN do it.
