There may be bumps in the road, but I can succeed!

I am a 32 year old single girl with no kids living in California. Iíve had some ups and downs in my weight. Lowest: 120 pounds/too skinny for my body frame. Highest: 216 pounds. I decided then that I needed to lose weight. In 2006 I inured my back badly and have had problems with it ever since. I got down to 163 in July 2011, but injured my ankle requiring surgery, which has finally seemed to finish healing. Losing weigh is necessary!

I need to get back to my healthy eating ...

I need to get back to my healthy eating habits and I need to exercise about 5x/week.

I am losing weight to get my cholestrol in check and to be healthier. But also to be HOT, SEXY and to turn heads!! I donít want my weight to control my dating life as it has for so long. As a fat girl, I didnít date. The couch was my friend. As my weight drops, my confidence builds.

I am DONE hating shopping because the clothes donít fit.

-Be 150 by 3/15/12

-Have a BMI under 24 -See Collar Bones again
- Be able to jog a mile without stopping
-Have a hot body that & feel confident being naked!
-Buy a full length mirror when I hit my goal!

My Program:
-Eat 1200-1500 calories per day
-Drink 8 - 10 cups of water per day
-Work out 5 days/week
