Carol, Do not be discouraged with the scale progress. Sometimes after I do a lot of training - running/walking - I expect to see progress on the scale and I do not. I think sometimes the workouts have me retaining fluid and I'll actually see progress a week or so later. So just keep doing what you are doing and the scale will catch up! Noreen
Hi Carol! Did you get to walk your virtual race yet? I had to put mine off. I was supposed to walk 30 minutes Thursday and race today, but it was raining Thursday and my heel was still acting up so I didn't walk. On Friday I went to Curves and worked out, and walked my 30 minutes today. So I will either walk Sunday or Monday.
