(March 2012) It makes me sick how many times I've had to update this. Its generally anywhere from 6 months to a year after the last time I wrote in it. And every time I say "this is it". I'm not going to do that this time, but I am going to say "Im going to try again" But what I've come to realize is that, trying again, picking myself back up is all I can do. It starts from there. In the past 2 years my husband and I have been trying to have a baby. I have lost a little over 30 pounds over the course of that time, but still, we don't have a child. We lost a pregnancy, and since going to doctor after doctor and dealing with infertility we were set to start our first round of monitored fertility treatments. I had to stop dead in my tracks. What if I am doing this to myself? What if my weight and my weight alone is the culprit behind my infertility. And even if its not, I feel I need to give it all I can before heading down the expensive road of fertility treatments. Because at the end of the day, Im not just loosing weight to gain a baby. Im loosing weight to finally find and love myself. So, I hope within a year from now. I will be able to update this and say, I did it.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to weigh 150 (or less), and just to be more healthy and active! I also cannot wait until I can buy a DRESS or shorts and feel comfortable and good about myself in them! A portion of why I also would like to loose weight is to finally become a mother.

My Program:
I am currently doing Weight Watchers at home. I have done the program along with the meetings a number of times in the past, so I have all the info at home thankfully. So far the program is going GREAT. As for working out, I am using the Wii Fit, Wii Just Dance, My Treadmill, Jillian Michaels and Biggest Loser workout DVDs, and a stationary bike, along with some weights I have.
