Total Body Makeover Challenge

Cardio for the Challenge:
March 30-April 55000 calories
April 6- April 12 6500 calories
April 13- April- 197500 calories
April 20- April 266500 calories
April 27- May 35000 calories

Goals:
*Add one new activity per week, such as play basketball instead of cardio for that day.
*Add some strength training (recommended 2-3 days a week)

Hi Casey,

I just saw your post in the Outdoor Girls SparkTeam about your favorite hiking trails. You put the Bridal Trail in the White Mountains as one of your favorites. My husband and I are going hiking in the White Mountains in three weeks. I was just wondering where in the White Mountains this trail was. Could you let me know? Thanks!

Hi, I am doing well. I have joined and started The Insulin Resistant Diet. I have done something similar before and it worked well for me. Not sure how that will work for the Phases. I am very determind.
I am going to try and take a picture of the saying...I'll post it if it comes out. I'm sure you will do great in Phase 2...you can always back track! :)
