I am here hoping to find the motivation I need to lose the weight i have slowly gained since graduating college. I have tried dieting in the past and have never taken it too seriously.

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 25 pounds but most of all I want to lose fat and tone up.

My Program:
I am now trying the Sparkpeople Bootcamp and also doing the 10 minute training videos along with trying to watch what I eat.

Other Information:
I LOVE to read. I am usually reading 2 books at a time. I am always on the look out for good recommendations.

Hi there! I saw your comment on the weirdest motivators board. I wanted to tell you that i TOTALLY relate! I have bugged my husband like crazy to change his ways and get healthier. Now thanks to MY new cooking and MY new portions he's losing weight like crazy! He'll weigh himself (at the end of the day after he's eaten) and announce he's lost 2lbs and say "are you proud of me?" I wanna pull out my hair cuz i'm the one goin gto the gym everyday and doing strength training and everything! So hang in there, i know exactly how you feel! :) good luck!
