I am here hoping to find the motivation I need to lose the weight i have slowly gained since graduating college. I have tried dieting in the past and have never taken it too seriously. I am trying to get down and maintain. I know I can get there, but can I stay there?

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 25 pounds but most of all I want to lose fat and tone up.
My Program:
I am now trying the Sparkpeople Bootcamp and also doing the 10 minute training videos along with trying to watch what I eat.
Other Information:
I LOVE to read. I am usually reading 2 books at a time. I am always on the look out for good recommendations.
