Eating smaller healthier portions, walking at least 15 minutes a day, and especially this.......writing down EVERY THING that goes past my lips.....EVERYTHING, has helped me to throw 13 pounds off in 11 days. Well, I am weighing in tomorrow morning, so I hope to have another couple gone! I was at 13 pounds on Saturday. I am hoping to be at - 25 pounds by next Monday! Always weigh first thing in the morning, after you empty your bladder. Women retain water during the day so we weigh our true weight first thing in the morning. Give yourself a short term goal....Biggest Loser goes for 10% of their current body weight. Then when you get to that weight, do 10% of that until you get to your long term weight. BEST OF LUCK!
