on your weight loss over the past 2.5 weeks! It sounds like your dress fitting went well. When is the wedding day? I'm sure your daughter's wedding dress is spectacular; it will surely be an emotional day...seeing the bride in her dress is so intensely beautiful.
You are very focused and determined! You are making great progress. Keep up the fantastic work! 1936 days ago
Thanks visiting my blog, for your words of encouragement, and especially for your prayers for my BIL. We have another stressful two week wait now to learn if the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes (stage 3). God willing, everything will be fine.
I'm a grandmother, too. In July, we welcomed another grand daughter. We get to see her alot and are just enjoying our time with her so much.
You are doing fantastic and are really focused on your health and fitness goals. Making it through a food event like the baby shower is a major achievement. I am still trying to get back on track after falling off the wagon at last Saturday's birthday celebration for a cousin. I read you enjoy Zumba; I'm taking Zumba Gold and am finally delighted that I found something to do that burns calories that is fun.
On to the new day and all of its opportunities. By God given strength and grace, today will be the day I can say On Plan! Best to you in realizing today's goals. Have a wonderful Wednesday! 1938 days ago
Thank you for dropping by my blog. I think my Arbuckle has some Maine Coon - at least that is what the vet tells me, and some friends who are his fervent admirers. He is 7 kilos and has fluff between his toes and a tail that he used to have to carry along his back when he was younger because it was so very fluffy. He is a real clown and a dear old bloke, getting a touch of arthritis now so no longer sprightly, but not for lack of trying, even though he is the equivalent of 80. Your two cats are very elegant, aren't they? do they get on well? [later] They sound very cute. do they like to be brushed? Arbuckle is 7 kilos now, pure muscle.
