Hi! I'm Alana, I have gained over 100 pounds in the last three years. I am trying to get my health on track, then hopefully the weight will follow! I just want to be healthy and feel normal again - and look good in a bathing suit.

MY short term goals are 2-3 lbs per week. I have been fairly consistent at 1 lb a week, so I need to kick it up a notch! I am planning on losing the weight with the TaiSlim Total Body System, working out at Physzique 3 or 4 times a week and cardio 1 to ...

January 2013 I will turn 31 and I will weigh less than 145, I will be less than 25% body fat and I will be able to run a 5k without walking or even thinking about it.

Thanks for the comment on goal blog. I keep saying I want to run a 5K, but I am afraid to commit unitl I can run the entire thing! Maybe I will use that as my goal. I have started running, but I like doing it in interval training to burn fat! Thanks for the idea!
