Hey Cary!! I made my new FastBreak Goals!! I recently restarted SP and made new FastBreak Goals. They were to drink 8+ cups of water daily & to walk Trixie daily for 2 wks. @ the end of two weeks, if I made my goals I would get to reward myself w/a scary movie marathon and I made my goals, so I'm rewarding myself today!!! How was training this w/e? Did you do the 5k? How's your heel?
