Thank you for your comment on my "rest day" activity feed. A rest day is relative. A 25 to 60 mile bike ride over hilly terrain at 20 to 25 mph is what I call strenuous. Running 10k on hilly dirt trails well under 60 minutes is a hard workout.
If I have some energy left, and can still easily walk after a workout, that is a rest day!
I tend to sleep more on rest days. Like 10 to 11 hours. But I like active rest to keep the blood circulating to help repair damaged muscles.
