The book really explains the the program and gives you practical help on "fuel for improvement System" Stage 1 through 4: 1= Fast Break, 2= Healthy diet habits, 3= lifestyle change, 4= spread the spark. The conclusion is on mix and match meals, super foods, ten minute workouts, healthy lifestyle pledge, spark points, secrets of success member survey results and tracker pages.
I have learned a lot from the book and am about half way through it. I am not big on reading success stories either. This is really a self help book that shows you how to get the most out of Spark People. I know that I have enjoyed what I have read so far. 2612 days ago
