Whoo Hooo! I just received my new work out dvd's: Fit, Firm & Fired up, Coach Nicole, Cardio Blast, Coach Nicole and the Fitness Starter Kit. I am excited to start using everything. I shopped at several locations and the best prices for everything was right here on SparkPeople.

Hey - thanks for the comment - I got excited when I realized I was on the leaderboard - so fun! But I have been unable to work out for two days now because of this cough and fever. I will try tomorrow though - I really hate to lose the momentum!

The book really explains the the program and gives you practical help on "fuel for improvement System" Stage 1 through 4: 1= Fast Break, 2= Healthy diet habits, 3= lifestyle change, 4= spread the spark. The conclusion is on mix and match meals, super foods, ten minute workouts, healthy lifestyle pledge, spark points, secrets of success member survey results and tracker pages.

I have learned a lot from the book and am about half way through it.
I am not big on reading success stories either. This is really a self help book that shows you how to get the most out of Spark People.
I know that I have enjoyed what I have read so far.
