Time to finish this project......

June 2012- Ready to finish my weight loss & fitness goals by my 20th Wedding Anniversary in November. 2011-Hit a personal goal but not the final goal. Marriage & 4 children later, it is time for ME!! I want to feel the way I did before children & be that person for myself, my husband & my kids. I have always battled the weight my entire life. This is nothing new, but being older & trying to drop the weight is harder than being young & without kids! I had time for ME & it wasn't a problem to drop 20#'s after I started college but now, I can't seem to drop anymore than the same 10#'s. I managed to drop 15#'s a few years back only to get sick & gain it plus another 10 so I am now working on the same numbers I have lost once which doesn't help the mind! I am going to try to come up with little rewards for my goals but this will take time & I hope it helps push me: 205: Pedicure & Manicure 195: Massage 185: A new pair of JEANS!! 175: DH said if I lost to here he would buy a HOT TUB!!! 165: New Hair DO!! Been growing it cause didn't know what to do! 155: TRIP WITH HUSBAND to show off the NEW BODY!! I would love to get to 145 but not sure I will look OK to go back to that weight so I will shoot for 155 for now!!

My Program:
I have been using Leslie Sansone walking tapes but have also moved up to the BL Cardio/Scuplt/BootCamp DVD's too. I have a BUNCH of workout videos that I can choose from to make a variety. Recently purchased a Wii Fit but haven't totally give that the best shot but want to work that back in the program.
Other Information:
I love to read but don't have time for it that often. Love to SING & listen to music.. anything from Country, Bluegrass, Rock, Pop, Musicals, Gospel..... you name it!! Our family is avid hunters & I would love to go hunting again & climb all the hills & valleys without being totally worn out.
