I lost 70 lbs over the last year or two. I joined SparkPeople because i have been at a plateau for who knows how long. My team mate Muffin is a member and told me about the site.

I would love to be really awesome at roller derby. I mean, i am pretty good but i know i could be better!

My halloween costume was an attempt at a pin up look which is where i get a great deal of inspiration. I love to look at pin up photography.

I really like the understated competitive aspect of SP. I find myself wanting to move up in the rankings within each group. I know i can get more points by drinking more water, getting educated and going to the gym for fitness minutes.

My Goals:
I want to lose about 35 lbs. (for now)

If I lose more then that is just fine. I technicaly started at 300 and i think that 200 is a great goal to have.

My first goal was to wear a size 18, down from a 24. I met that goal and it turned into a plateu.

Update: bought my first pair of sz 16 jeans!

My Program:
I use the nutrition tracker every day and I joined a gym.

I go to Planet Fitness. I really like it. I have never done cardio before, besides skating, and i am pretty good at it. I started at 45 mins, then an hour and now i go at it for an hour and a half! I go to the gym about 5x a week and do random strength training.

Roller Derby sounds tough but when you have been doing it for 5 years it is not much of a workout.

I love derby! If I had the time and the coconuts I'd give it a try myself. I'll settle for screaming on the sideline though.
