My goals are to loose a few inches and feel better about myself again.

Eating healthy. I can not stick with diets. I have started back to the gym and trying it in the early am this time. Hopefully I can make it work this time.

My name it Carry. I am from Casper, WY. Mother of a 21 year old son, 12 year old lab and an 1 year old cat. I spend a lot of my time training and playing roller derby and working two jobs. Thank goodness I have a very understanding boyfriend and fits himself in where ever and whenever he can.

I enjoy fishing, biking, walking and spending time with family.

Sorry - for the vitamin survey on the question that asked "How many Vitamins are in the B group?" the correct answer is EIGHT.
B7 (Biotin) aka Vitamin H! – MAYA pointed this out to me – and YES, I did have it listed!

Thanks for participating in the Vitamin Survey. Below are the correct answers. The ones with an * are those that you missed.

Vitamin _D_ is known as “the sunshine vitamin”.

* _Folic Acid (B9), Thiamine (B1) and Ascorbic Acid (C) _ are vitamins.
_Potassium and Zinc_ are minerals, not vitamins.

There are _7_ “B” vitamins:
B1 – (Thiamine) B2 – (Riboflavin) B3 – (Niacin) B5 – (Pentothenic Acid) B6 – (Pyridoxine, pyridoxal phosphate) B-9 – (Folic Acid) B12 – (Cyanocobalamin)

* Vitamin _K (Phytonadione)_ sole purpose is to clot blood.

* Fat soluble vitamins stay in your body for _up to 6 months_.

* The human body can make _Vitamin D (specifically, D3 aka cholecalciferol) _.
CALCIUM is not a vitamin – it is a mineral.

The body cannot absorb _iron_ without Vitamin C.

My V- Day was like any other day, but DH and I did go out to the movies! YEAH!
